Ok to preface this i love the way yellow highs look especially on e34 s and e30 s.
When i did my high beams they didn t offer the e36 high beam covers and e34s were th closest to the right size without being too small ducky.

I ve been considering maybe doing yellow laminex and getting some 3000k bulbs for my hid s in the fogs the 5500k bulbs don t really look that yellow through a yellow lens i think i actually want a yellow beam out of them.

When it s low beam the shutter is lowered covering half of the light output and when you switch to high beam the shutter is lifted thus nothing blocking in front of the bulb thus produce full further beam output.
